Which shipping options are available and what are the shipping fees?
We currently offer standard delivery in United Arab Emirates. Standard delivery is free of charge for online purchases over 1,000 AED. All orders under 1,000 AED will be subject to 20 AED delivery charge.
Can I purchase online and pick-up my order in store?

RIMOWA offers the option to pick up your order in store.

During the checkout process, select "Pickup" and choose your preferred store.

You will receive an e-mail as soon as your order is ready for pick up.

To collect your order, you will need to bring:

  • Your ID or driver's license
  • The shipping confirmation email (either printed or on your phone)

If you would like someone else to pick up your order on your behalf, please follow these steps: 

  • During checkout, please enter the contact details of the person who will pick up the order
  • The person must bring a valid ID

Your order will be available for pick up at the store for the duration of 10 days. If this time limit is exceeded, your order will be cancelled, and you will be automatically refunded.

Please note that the return policy for Click & Collect orders is different, should you wish to return your item, we invite you to visit the store in which it was collected.

How do I track my parcel?

You can track the status of your order by logging into your MY RIMOWA Account.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive confirmation from RIMOWA via e-mail with the tracking number. This tracking number will allow you to check the delivery status of your order directly on the carrier's website.

Are there any shipping restrictions ?

UK

RIMOWA does not ship to PO Boxes. Please also note that TOSHI only delivers to select areas in the UK. Please check that your address is covered by this delivery service.
